Hydraulic line filter equipment is used on the pressure line of the hydraulic system to remove or obstruct the mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the colloid, sediment, and carbon residue produced by the chemical change of the hydraulic oil itself, so as to avoid the valve The occurrence of conventional failures such as core stuck throttling orifice gap and damping hole blockage and excessive wear of hydraulic components.
The hydraulic line filter is a device on the pressure line, which is used to filter and remove the mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the colloid, bitumen, carbon residue, etc. produced by the chemical reaction of the hydraulic oil itself. It avoids the occurrence of failures such as spool stuck, orifice and damping hole blocked and shortened, and excessive wear of hydraulic components. The filter has good filtering effect and high precision, but it is difficult to clean after clogging, and the filter element must be replaced.
The flow area of ordinary hydraulic oil consists of many small gaps or holes on the filter element. Therefore, when impurities mixed into the oil are larger in size than these small gaps or pores, they can become blocked and filtered out of the oil. Because different hydraulic systems have different requirements, it is not possible or even necessary to completely filter impurities mixed into the oil.
The structure of the hydraulic line filter has the following characteristics:
1. Compared with the equal flow filter, the structure is compact and the volume is small.
2. Use a wide pressure scale.
3. It is more convenient to replace the filter element. The user can open the upper cover according to the equipment space and replace the filter element. They can also rotate the housing (oil first) to remove the filter element from the bottom.
4. The device is easy to fix: If the user cannot flow to the device according to the standard, the four bolts can be removed and the cover can be rotated 180 degrees to change the direction of the media movement.
The filter is equipped with a bypass valve and a differential pressure transmitter with two protection functions. When the filter element is polluted and blocked until the pressure difference between inlet and outlet reaches the set value of the transmitter, the transmitter will issue a prompt message, and then replace the filter element.
