1. Before replacing the hydraulic oil filter element, first drain the original hydraulic oil in the box, and check the three hydraulic oil filter elements of the oil return filter element, the suction filter element and the pilot filter element to see if there are iron filings, copper filings and other impurities. In some cases, the hydraulic oil filter element may be located where there is a faulty hydraulic component and the system should be cleaned after maintenance and removal.
2. When changing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements (oil return filter element, suction filter element, pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is no different from not replacing.
3. Identify the obvious label of the hydraulic oil filter element. Different brands of hydraulic oil cannot be mixed, which may cause the hydraulic oil filter element to react and deteriorate, and it is easy to produce flocs.
4. Before refueling, the hydraulic oil filter element (suction filter element) must be installed first. The nozzle covered by the hydraulic oil filter element leads directly to the main pump. If impurities enter, it will accelerate the wear of the main pump. If it is heavy, it will hit the pump.
5. After adding oil, please pay attention to the exhaust of the main pump, otherwise the whole vehicle will not work temporarily, the main pump has abnormal noise (air explosion), and in serious cases, the hydraulic oil pump may be damaged by cavitation. The method of venting is to directly loosen the pipe joint on the top of the main pump and fill it directly.
6. Test the oil regularly. The hydraulic filter element is a consumable item and needs to be replaced immediately after it becomes clogged.
7. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the system fuel tank and pipeline. When refueling, the refueling device should be passed through the filter together.
8. Do not let the oil in the fuel tank directly contact the air, and do not mix old and new oil, which will help prolong the service life of the filter element.
In order to do a good job in the maintenance of the hydraulic oil filter element, regular cleaning is an essential step. And long-term use will reduce the cleanliness of the filter paper. The filter paper needs to be replaced regularly and appropriately according to the situation to achieve better filtering effect.
