1. The processing steps of the filter element are: blanking, folding, creasing, edge clamping, assembly, bonding, and packaging. When the precision is high, a bubbling test must be done, and special structures or materials need to be cured.
2. The processing steps of the separation filter element are: cutting, wrapping, clamping, assembling, bonding and packaging.
3. The processing steps of coalescing filter element are: blanking, winding, folding, curing, edge clamping, assembly, bonding and packaging. (Industrial coalescing filters do not need to be folded)
4. The processing steps of the adsorption filter element are: cutting, winding, assembling, curing, bonding and packaging.
Filter Quality Control
In terms of quality of hydraulic filter elements, the first inspection and mutual inspection are implemented (the next process is inspected in the previous process), and the unqualified will not be accepted.
1. When unloading, pay attention to whether the filter material support screen is selected correctly, whether the filter material model is consistent with the drawing requirements, the filter material should be free of contamination, and the spray layer should be uniform (no damage to the ring).
2. For the folding type, pay attention to the in and out oil surface of the filter material, and strictly control the folding height and folding number. The number of folds should be 1-3 folds more than the drawing, the folding height is uniform, the folding line transition is smooth, the folding peaks are parallel, no dead folding and damage to the filter layer are allowed, and the filter layers of each layer are aligned on both sides.
3. Plant fiber paper contains 15%-20% resin, which needs to be cured in place in order to improve its strength and stiffness.
4. The clamping tools are flat nose pliers and wire engraving pliers. When clamping the edge, the force should be uniform, the filter material should not be damaged, the overlapping of the clamping edge should not be dislocated, the fold spacing should be uniform, the clamping edge should be firm, the edge of the trimmed filter material should be free of burrs, and the number of trimming folds should be the number required in the drawing.
5. The glue seam is required to be uniform. Degumming is strictly prohibited, the glue is not allowed to flow beyond the lap joint, and the glue is not allowed to have air bubbles in the lap joint. The glue must be completely cured. After the glue is cured, clean up the excess metal mesh head .
6. When assembling, select the skeleton, the glue peak should be aligned with the skeleton welding and overlapping, remove the excess metal wire, and keep its appearance beautiful.
7. End caps need to be selected for bonding. End caps with uneven coating are not allowed to be used. Pay attention to whether the glue sticks the end cap skeleton filter material firmly. The outflow glue should be wiped clean, and there should be no degumming to keep the end face and worktable clean. . After the glue is fully cured, the next process can be carried out. After bonding, the verticality and parallelism of the filter element must meet the requirements of the drawing.
8. Check the quality of the filter element before packaging, and then select the seals, packaging bags, and packaging boxes according to the requirements of the drawings. During the packaging process, the packaging bag is not allowed to be damaged, and the packaging box and the filter element are marked with clear and beautiful handwriting before they can be packaged and put into storage (handle with care during operation to avoid bumping).
