    Notes on cleaning the air filter:

    1. When cleaning the air filter element, be sure not to use tools to disassemble the shell or filter element of the air filter element, otherwise the filter element will be damaged easily and the filter element will fail.

    2. When cleaning the filter element, do not use tapping and tapping to remove dust, and do not leave the air filter element open for a long time.

    3. After cleaning the air filter element, it is also necessary to confirm whether the sealing ring of the filter element and the filter element itself are damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately, and do not continue to use it with luck.

    4. After cleaning the air filter element, a flashlight should also be used for irradiation inspection. When a weak part on the filter element is found, it should be replaced in time. The price of the filter element is a drop in the bucket for the engine.

    5. After cleaning the filter element, remember to make a record and mark it on the filter element assembly shell.

    Precautions when replacing the air filter element of the excavator:

    After the air filter has been cleaned 6 times in a row or damaged, it needs to be replaced. The following 4 points must be paid attention to when replacing.

    1. When replacing the outer filter element, replace the inner filter element at the same time.

    2. Don’t be greedy for cheapness, use filter elements with prices lower than the market price, and be careful to buy fake and shoddy products, which will cause dust and impurities to enter the engine.

    3. When replacing the filter element, it is also necessary to check whether the sealing ring on the new filter element has dust and oil stains, and it should be wiped clean to ensure the tightness.

When inserting the filter element, it is found that the rubber at the end is expanded, or the filter element is not aligned, do not use brute force to install it, there is a risk of damaging the filter element.
