Hydraulic filters generally include air filters, oil filters and fuel filters, also known as “three filters”. The air filter is located in the engine intake system and is an assembly of one or several filter components that clean the air. Its main function is to filter out harmful impurities in the air that will enter the cylinder to reduce the early wear of the cylinder, piston, piston ring, valve and valve seat; the oil filter is located in the engine lubrication system.
Technical requirements of hydraulic filter:
(1) The special material of the filter should have a certain mechanical strength to ensure that it will not be damaged by hydraulic pressure under a certain working pressure.
(2) At a specific working temperature, it should maintain stable performance and be durable enough.
(3) It has good anti-corrosion ability.
(4) The structure is as simple as possible and the size is compact.
(5) Easy to clean and maintain, easy to replace the filter element.
(6) Low cost. The working principle of the hydraulic filter: the hydraulic oil enters the pipeline of the filter from the left side, flows from the outer filter element to the inner filter element, and then flows out from the outlet. When the outer filter element is blocked, the pressure rises to reach the opening pressure of the safety valve, and the oil enters the inner filter element through the safety valve, and then flows out from the outlet. The accuracy of the outer filter element is higher than that of the inner filter element, and the inner filter element is a coarse filter.
The reasons and troubleshooting methods for the abnormal phenomenon of hydraulic filter hydraulic cylinder are as follows:
1) Air enters the cylinder. Requires additional exhaust or hydraulic cylinders to move quickly with maximum stroke to force the air out.
2) The sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder end cover is too tight or too loose. The seal should be adjusted to provide a proper seal to ensure that the piston rod can be pulled back and forth smoothly by hand without leaking.
3) The coaxiality between the piston and the piston rod is not good. should be corrected and adjusted.
4) When the hydraulic cylinder is not parallel to the guide rail after installation, it needs to be adjusted or re-installed in time.
When the piston rod is bent, the piston rod should be corrected.
