Common hazards of inferior filter elements
1. Using cheap filter paper to make excavator filter element, because of its large pore size, poor uniformity and low filtration efficiency, it cannot effectively filter out harmful impurities in the material entering the engine, resulting in early engine wear.
2. The use of low-quality adhesives cannot be firmly bonded, resulting in a short circuit at the bonding point of the filter element; a large number of harmful impurities enter the engine, which will reduce the life of the diesel engine.
3. Replace oil-resistant rubber parts with ordinary rubber parts. During use, due to the failure of the internal seal, the internal short circuit of the filter is formed, so that part of the oil or air containing impurities directly enters the excavator engine. Causes early engine wear.
4. The material of the center pipe of the excavator oil filter is thin instead of thick, and the strength is not enough. During the use process, the center pipe is sucked and deflated, the filter element is damaged and the oil circuit is blocked, resulting in insufficient engine lubrication.
5. Metal parts such as filter element end caps, central tubes, and casings are not treated with anti-rust treatment, resulting in metal corrosion and impurities, making the filter a source of pollution.
