The function of the construction machinery filter element is to effectively filter impurities in the oil, reduce the oil flow resistance, ensure lubrication, and minimize the wear of various components during operation; the function of the fuel filter element is to effectively filter the dust, iron filings and metals in the fuel. Oxides, sludge and other impurities can prevent the fuel system from clogging, improve combustion efficiency, and ensure the stable operation of the engine; the air filter element is located in the intake system of the engine, and its main function is to filter out harmful impurities in the air that will enter the cylinder. The early wear of pistons, piston rings, valves and valve seats ensures the normal operation and output power of the engine.

The difference in the quality grades of oil and fuel can appropriately extend or shorten the replacement cycle; the replacement cycles of construction machinery filter elements and air filter elements used by different models are different, and the replacement cycle of air filter elements is adjusted as appropriate according to the air quality of the operating environment. When replacing, the inner and outer filter elements must be replaced together.
