Why should the hydraulic oil filter element be replaced? We know that the hydraulic oil filter element of the excavator as a construction vehicle needs to be replaced regularly, usually after 500 hours of work. Many drivers wait for a long time to change, which is not good for the car, and it is also a hassle to deal with dirty things in the hydraulic system. Today, let's take a look at how to clean the hydraulic oil filter element of the excavator.
First find the filling port of the hydraulic oil tank. After the excavator is finished, there is a certain pressure in the hydraulic oil tank. Be sure to slowly unscrew the oil tank cover to discharge the air. If you can't directly remove the bolts, a lot of hydraulic oil will be sprayed out. It is not only wasteful, but also easy to burn, and the temperature of the hydraulic oil is also very high after working for a long time.
Then it is to remove the cover of the oil port. When removing this cover, you must remember not to unscrew one bolt at one time, because the cover is sealed by the pressure of the bolts, and the force of dismantling one is uneven. The cover plate is easily deformed. Be sure to unscrew one first, then unscrew the diagonal ones, then unscrew the other two, and finally take them out one by one, and the same is true when putting them back.
It is said that power generation waste paper, I think it is only waste paper to engage in excavators, and there are several rolls of toilet paper in the car at any time. After removing the oil return cover, wipe the surrounding area first to avoid dirty things falling off when replacing the filter element of the excavator. At this time, the hydraulic oil is not so clear, but it is a bit like yellow muddy water. I don't understand why. I changed the hydraulic oil after a while, and cleaned the hydraulic oil tank by the way. Remove the spring to see the oil return filter element, there is a handle that can be lifted directly, and then put the new filter element down.
Next, copy the oil inlet to replace the oil suction filter element, or remove the bolts in diagonal order. If the filter is still clean, don't worry about it, but wipe the area around the cover first to avoid any dirt falling off. When you open the cover, there is a small iron rod inside, and the bottom is connected to the oil absorbing filter element. You can pull it out by reaching in with your hand.
I don't know if I don't see it, but I was startled when I saw it. There are so many things like rust at the bottom of the oil suction filter element. If it is sucked in and blocks the valve core, it will be bad. The inside of the fuel tank is so dirty. It seems that the hydraulic pressure should be replaced as soon as possible. Oil and clean the fuel tank, after all, the hydraulic oil is also a bit dirty.
Do you know what oil is below? It's not diesel, it's gasoline. Take a bottle with a big mouth and put it in with a filter element, shake it, and most of the dirt can be washed away, and then check it with the naked eye. Drain the gasoline and put the filter back on. Usually, the oil-absorbing filter element of the excavator is made of wire mesh, and there is no filter paper, so as long as it is cleaned frequently. Look at the blackened gasoline to know how dirty the filter element is. If you wash it more in the future, the cost will be one liter of gasoline.
Compared with the old and the new, the appearance is a little different. The middle one was removed and turned black. There is no technical difficulty in replacing this. Take it out and wipe the air filter cover clean, and then install a new filter element. Remember to tighten it to prevent air leakage.
Take a plastic bag and cover the filter element so that the diesel oil will not leak everywhere. Then, when installing a new filter element, if conditions permit, you can fill it with diesel oil first. However, I installed it directly, and painted on the sealing ring on the filter element mouth. A layer of oil or hydraulic oil is lubricated, so that it is sealed when screwed on.
It needs to be exhausted when it is directly installed. The electronically controlled engine has a small electronic oil pump, which is connected to the diesel pipeline. Loosen the oil inlet pipe on the oil pump, and turn on the whole car to hear the electronic oil pump pumping oil. In about a minute or so, the filter element is filled, and the air is exhausted after the oil pump inlet pipe sprays diesel oil, and the locking bolt is enough. The above are the replacement steps of the excavator hydraulic oil return filter element and air filter element. The hydraulic oil filter element should be cleaned under conditions to improve the service time of the hydraulic oil filter element.
