Hydraulic oil filters have been widely used in our daily life. We all know that hydraulic oil filters are consumables, and they often encounter various clogging problems, causing us a lot of trouble. In order to prolong its service life, we need to know some maintenance knowledge. For example, take care to flush the fuel tank and lines of the system if it usually needs to be replaced immediately after a blockage. When refueling, use the refueling device with a filter. A. Hydraulic filter elements are used in the hydraulic system to remove particles and rubber impurities in the system to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil must be filtered when refueling, and the refueling tool should be reliably clean. The filter on the hydraulic tank filler port cannot be removed to increase the rate of filling. Refueling personnel should use clean gloves and coveralls.

B. Ensure that hydraulic oil is not used at high temperature; the oil will rapidly oxidize and deteriorate at high temperature; the air filter on the hydraulic station must use a filter that can filter particles and moisture at the same time; it is available in the market;

C. The clean oil of the hydraulic system must use the same hydraulic oil as the system used. The oil temperature is between 45 and 80°C. Use a high flow to remove as much impurities as possible. The hydraulic system should be cleaned more than 3 times. After cleaning, all the oil will be released from the system when the oil gets hot. Clean the filter after cleaning and fill with new oil after replacing the filter element with a new one.

NOTE: The filter element is originally a consumable item and usually needs to be replaced immediately after it becomes clogged. Note that the fuel tank and piping of the system are flushed. When refueling, do not let the oil in the fuel tank come into direct contact with the air through a refueling device with a filter, and do not mix old and new oil. Extending the life of the filter element also helps.

The maintenance method of hydraulic oil filter is as follows:

1. Before replacing the original hydraulic oil, check the oil return filter element, the oil suction filter element, the pilot filter element, and see if there are iron filings, copper filings or other impurities. In some cases, hydraulic components can fail. After troubleshooting, clean the system.

2. When replacing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filters (return oil filter, oil suction filter, pilot filter) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it means no replacement.

3. Distinguish hydraulic oil labels. Different labels will not mix different brands of hydraulic oil. They may react and deteriorate and produce flocs. Recommended excavator oil.

4. Before refueling, an oil suction filter must be installed. The nozzle covered by the suction filter leads directly to the main pump. If the impurities are light, the main pump will speed up and the pump will wear out.

5. Add oil to the standard position, there is usually an oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank, please refer to the level gauge. Pay attention to how you park. Typically, all cylinders are retracted, i.e. the forearm, bucket are fully extended and landed.

6. After refueling, pay attention to the main pump exhaust. Otherwise, the entire vehicle will not move for a period of time. The way to vent the air is to loosen the fitting directly on top of the main pump and fill directly.
