Hydraulic oil return filter replacement steps

Relieve the pressure in the hydraulic tank and press and hold the vent valve until no gas is released.

Open the upper cover of the hydraulic oil tank, take out the oil return filter element and replace it, and carefully check whether there is metal powder or other impurities on the filter element, so as to understand the wear of the parts in the system.

Filter and oil change steps

Loosen the four bolts on the bottom cover directly below the engine; remove the bottom cover, and place a container under it to receive the drained oil, open the engine oil pan oil drain switch, and close the switch after draining the oil.

Use a belt wrench to unscrew the oil filter and replace the new oil filter. Please smear a thin amount of clean oil on the oil filter element sealing ring first, do not pre-fill oil in the new filter element.

To install the new filter, please turn it gently to the right by hand until the sealing ring is in contact with the filter element mounting seat, and then use the filter element wrench to tighten the filter element by three-quarters to one turn.
